WEST-EVENTS, located north of the Loire River, is situated in close proximity to the innovative companies in terms of biotechnology of the Atlanpole area, the universities, the stadium and exposition park of La Beaujoire. Our geographical location puts us about 10 minutes away from the Nantes Atlantique airport through a direct access to the ring road (200 m away) and we will be the closest hotelier establishment to the coming new Nantes airport (located in Notre Dame des Landes) in 2017.

The Nantes public transport network is expanding and will give us the opportunity, through the tramway train, to be directly connected to the new airport and the train station as of 2013, thanks to shuttles departing from a station 200 m away from our site.
