Our bright meeting rooms, set up in a U configuration, are furnished with professional technical equipment to allow the speaker to focus on their theme. You don’t need to bring or rent any. Each meeting room is equipped with a screen, projector, free DSL connection and a paper board with marker pens. To allow fruitful exchanges amongst the participants, each of the meeting room is provided with a writing kit including a desk blotter, a pen, paper, a name tag and 50cl Evian water bottles which can be renewed during the lunch break. Our many meeting rooms can host groups up to 64 participants in a U configuration.
From our own equipment we can make available to you a video camera and stand for situation simulations, a DVD player, a plasma screen, a television, a CD player etc. (rates upon request)
